An exceptionally fine restaurant. The restaurant was recommended to us by the concierge desk at the Principal Hotel where we staying in. Edinburgh, Scotland. It was a perfect choice. The menu is very appealing, and the drink selection, comfortable ambiance, impeccable service and reasonable pricing presented a welcomed opportunity to relax and enjoy a delicious meal in a congenial atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Our dining experience at the restaurant is one of the top highlights of our visit to the city. So much so, we dined there on our last night in Edinburgh to celebrate all the wonderful times we enjoyed on our trip. We enjoyed a number of different dishes and each was fantastically delicious. We were also impressed with the passion exhibited by the our servers on the nights we dined there. It was obvious to us the customer is their highest priority. They made us feel very special each time we dined there. We noted too they treated each customer with the same intense level of enthusiasm.
